So You Want To Open A Coffeeshop…

Your first move? Write a business plan.

There are lots of templates out there to help, and the work of writing it will focus your dream and help you develop your vision into an actionable plan. Don’t skip it! Your plan will help you with the rest- location, concept, understanding your target market, etc

Then you’ll need to know all about (just for starters) equipment, human resources, menu development, pricing, workflow, and most importantly, coffee!
